Birthday Wishlist 2013

Farewell, Summer; heylo, Autumn! Yup, Autumn also happens to be my favourite season of the year, because my BIRTHDAY falls during Autumn! And just like how my Christmas wishlist comes out on the 1^st of December every year, my birthday wishlist comes out on the 1^st of March every year! It may be noticeably smaller than my Christmas wishlist because I’ve only had only three months to make up a list of what I’d like, whereas my Christmas wishlist is much longer because there’s almost nine months between my birthday and Christmas arriving, but hey, who cares, I’ve still made up a pretty detailed list of things I wouldn’t mind getting for my birthday this year!

(1)            ‘The Irish Connection’ by Brian Mcfadden – sure, Westlife’s disbanded now (and I never got to see them live in concert! >< *wails* *distraught*) but I’d like to hear what Brian sounds like when he sings solo, especially because mother always thought he had a very endearing voice; she was heartbroken when she found out that he was leaving Westlife.

(2)            Two more goldfish – like I’ve said in my previous wishlists, poor Silver and Bronze passed away sometime during winter 2008, and I’d like new pets, please! Only if someone does buy me two new goldfish, please also buy me a heater to keep the pool’s water temperature regulated; I’d hate for my new fish to freeze to death again! ><

(3)            Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins – yup, I’d like the third book of the Hunger Games! My high school friends bought me the first and second, and I believe a lovely book club lady has already offered to buy me the third, so how about you buy me a book voucher and I’ll go to the bookstore myself and shop to my little heart’s content? XD Actually, have the books come out as movies yet? I know the first one has already; someone please get me the DVD of that, please!

(4)            Scarlet: the Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer – I presume I discovered this book reading the e-catalogue from Bookworld; can’t remember what it’s about, but if I’ve added it, it must be worth reading. XD someone get me that, please!

(5)            Teddy bear – mother probably doesn’t agree with me, but one can never have enough teddies. XD yes, all my teddies have names, and yes, all are loved!

Well, five items for my birthday wishlist … short, but it’s enough. Now, everyone go forth and buy me birthday presents! XD

P.P.S. Oh, I almost forgot! I want a SMARTPHONE! Christy jie's been after me to whatsapp her for ages; obviously I can't comply when i've only got this little Sony Ericsson; Dr. lee has told me that I should get my own whatsapp account and Aunty Anne says I can pester the Three Chow sisters (Big Chow, Mid Chow and Little Chow) to buy me one! All you guys, get together with my mum and get me a really fancy one! XD
